This workshop is about postural alignment, application, and implementation in real-world activities by using the TRX Suspension Training System!
Learning foundational movements is imperative to creating safe and long lasting results- no matter what your fitness goals are. In this workshop, we will break down simple ways to identify good posture (and why this is important); apply this posture through movement; and translate these practices into your day-to-day activities (typically where injury and discomfort or pain tend to occur).
This workshop is part lecture and mostly hand-on and interactive discussion with the attendees.
We will address any questions and sticking points you may have in your own personal health and fitness journeys, as it relates to mastering the foundational movements of the TRX Workshop.
