We're partnering with ATHLETA on Bay Street!
Join us for a full body workout with some resistance band work! Some movements are high impact (think jumping jacks or mountain climbers), but all exercises can be modified to a low- or no-impact version. We will keep your heart rate up and moving while you work on getting STRONG!
We will close the workout with a Vinyasa-inspired stretch and flow to get you ready for your Sunda Funday with the ATHLETA team!
Bring your mat, your water bottle, wear your #UPFORANYTHING tights, and your SPEEDLIGHT top and LET'S GET AFTER IT!
